Most of the drawn products with the general rules and simple shapes of the drawing die are non-refined drawing, which can be directly determined according to the principle of constant area before and after drawing. If it is a deep drawn part with a very complicated shape, sometimes the material may flow severely and become thinner. Generally, it is impossible to calculate the cutting size. It is estimated in advance through 3D expansion, which is called a sample.

The drawing coefficient is very important. A drawing part needs to be drawn in several steps to ensure no cracks and no wrinkles, so it needs to be calculated by the drawing die coefficient formula.
