There are three types of internal grinding of cemented carbide molds:

1. Grinding method of ordinary internal grinder:

The parts are clamped on the machine tool for rotary motion, the grinding wheel also rotates and performs longitudinal reciprocating motion and lateral feed motion, contacting the workpiece for grinding.

Give the rated cutting amount, repeat the movement to grind to the required size.

2. Planetary grinding method:

The workpiece is fixed on the grinding machine, and the grinding wheel performs planetary and axial movement around the center line of the grinding hole for grinding through autobiography.

Mainly used in the processing of recessed holes.

3. Centerless grinding method:

During grinding, the roller 1 presses the workpiece 2 on the roller 4 and the guide wheel 3, and the guide wheel 3 drives the work 2 to rotate. The guide wheel 3 and the rollers 1 and 4 are safely placed on the sliding plate of the machine tool, and it can make longitudinal reciprocating motion along the axis of the grinding wheel.

Mainly used in the grinding of simple parts with cylindrical pin holes.
